Riyadh - Mubasher: Retal Urban Development Company reported a 10.22% year-on-year (YoY) increase in net profit attributable to owners to SAR 293.30 million in 2025, compared with SAR 266.10 million.

The earnings per share (EPS) climbed to SAR 0.59 in January-December 2025 from SAR 0.53 a year earlier, according to the income statements.

The Tadawul-listed company posted an annual jump of 18.16% in revenues to SAR 2.43 billion at the end of December 2025, compared to SAR 2.06 billion.

During the first nine months (9M) of 2025, Retal’s net profits stood at SAR 211.60 million, reflecting a 13.51% YoY rise from SAR 186.40 million.
